Many long-time residents of Grass Valley and Nevada City know me for my fully licensed pet and home care services over the past twenty years.
My friends and associates know me as the “vegan cowgirl,” who grew up swimming around the local water holes, riding horses and caring for farm animals on a five-acre property I shared with my mom.
Wherever our trails may cross, you’ll most likely find me in the presence of animals, either walking a dog, shoveling a stall or caring for an owner’s home in the company of a beloved cat.
That’s because animals are my passion.
Naturally, I was destined to become a petsitter! Over the years, I’ve cared collectively for thousands of dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, turtles, insects, an iguana, pot-bellied pigs, and even a chinchilla.
During the River Fire in the summer of 2021, I evacuated a client’s dog and cat and shuttled them to safety when the fire encroached dangerously close to their home.
Whether you have an anxious feline, a horse who requires special meds or you just need an experienced, responsible pet caregiver, rest easy knowing I will treat your pets as if they were my own.
